The Kindest Coaches in the World. Period.
It starts with one class, one coach, and one family—maybe yours.
This Isn’t Just a Gym.
It’s a Mission.
Confidence, courage, and character aren’t built by chance.
They’re built in places like this—where kids move, connect, and grow.
Urban Youth Park exists to change the lives of 10,000 families by building 20 communities rooted in movement, growth, and connection.
We believe kids don’t need to be fixed—they need to be seen, supported, and challenged in the right environment.
That’s why we reject pressure-filled programs, cookie-cutter coaching, and outdated systems that hold them back.
At UYP, kids move with purpose, grow with confidence, and belong without question—led by coaches who care deeply about who they are and who they’re becoming.
Where It All Began
Urban Youth Park didn’t start with a business plan.
It started with Jessica—a mom, a coach, and a mission.
As a lifelong athlete and gymnastics coach, Jessica naturally encouraged her four children to try gymnastics. But her sons never quite connected with it—it felt too structured, too traditional, too “not them.”
Then something shifted: her oldest son discovered parkour—and he lit up.
The creativity, the confidence, the movement—it changed him.
There was no other activity that trained the full body—and the full self—like this.
Jessica fell in love with it too. Not just as a coach, but as a mom.
But there was no place close by that offered parkour training for her son. He practiced outside, learned from YouTube, and entered a few competitions—for fun. He won.
On the drive home from one of those competitions, her dad said something wild: “We should open a gym.”
Jessica laughed it off at first. The idea felt too big, too impossible.
But within a week, they had a space, a few key partners, and a new kind of dream in motion.
Jessica pulled together what she had—a big vision, a deep belief in kids, and the support of her dad—and got to work.
They built the place.
The place where kids could move with purpose.
The place where they could be challenged without pressure, and celebrated without conditions.
The place where movement became a language of confidence, focus, and resilience.
Jessica didn’t set out to build a gym.
She set out to build a home for growth—for kids, for families, and for coaches who cared deeply about the lives they could change.
Today, Urban Youth Park is more than a movement space.
It’s a mission to change the lives of 10,000 families by building 20 communities rooted in movement, growth, and connection.
And it all started with one mom, one kid, and one yes to something that mattered.
From Impact to Empowerment: 1,500 Lives Transformed
We’ve introduced over 30,000 lives to the power of movement, growth, and connection through Urban Youth Park — but our mission goes deeper than just exposure. We’re here to empower 10,000 children and families with confidence, courage, and a community that changes lives forever.
This chart tracks that journey — not just how many we’ve reached, but how many we’ve truly transformed.

The Core of UYP: P.A.R.K.
At Urban Youth Park, we don’t just teach parkour—we teach purpose.
Our values shape every breakthrough, every high-five, and every lesson on and off the floor.
We lead with P.A.R.K.:
Passion – We show up with heart
Adaptability – We grow through change
Responsibility – We own our impact
Kindness – We lead with care
These aren’t just part of the curriculum—they’re part of the culture.
Because when you coach with P.A.R.K., you don’t just build better athletes.
You build better humans.
What If This Is Also for You?
Maybe you’re not here for your child.
Maybe you’re here for yourself.
At Urban Youth Park, we believe the most meaningful work doesn’t just build a paycheck—it builds people.
And we know what it feels like to want something more.
Maybe you’ve built a career, but it doesn’t light you up anymore.
Maybe you’re successful on paper but craving deeper purpose.
Maybe you’ve coached for years and feel stuck with no next step.
Maybe you’re just getting started and want your first job to matter.
Wherever you’re at, there’s room for you here.
This isn’t just about flips and tricks.
It’s about movement, mentorship,
and mission.
It’s about changing lives—including
your own.
If something in your heart is
stirring—lean in.
You don’t need to be perfect.
You just need to care.
