Levels and Advancement

Embark on a journey of progression through our structured levels of difficulty. From mastering the foundational skills in Level 1 to reaching new heights of creativity and innovation in Level 6, each stage is designed to push your limits to level up to your full potential. With expert instructors guiding you every step of the way, prepare to be amazed at what you can achieve. Our progression path includes:

Level 1: Foundations

Students are introduced to the fundamentals of parkour, ninja warrior, and tumbling. Typically, participants need to complete around two 8-week sessions in this level before testing for Level 2.

Level 4: Elevate

Students enhance skills on higher surfaces with increased difficulty. Typically, participants complete 4 or more sessions in Level 4 before advancing to Level 5.

Level 2: Elements

Participants delve deeper into core parkour techniques, building full-body strength and control. Typically, students complete 2-3 sessions in Level 2 before advancing to Level 3.

Level 5: Integrate

Students learn to blend all parkour elements, focusing on difficulty, technique, speed, flow, execution, and creativity. Progression in this level is self-paced.

Level 3: Accelerate

Acceleration and speed are combined with basic skills from previous classes. Typically, students complete 3-4 sessions in Level 3 before advancing to Level 4.

Level 6: Innovate

Participants, having mastered previous levels, embark on creating and exploring their own movement styles, skills, and patterns independently. Progression in Level 6 encourages individual innovation and exploration.
