Open Gym at Urban Youth Park

Not your average free-for-all. This is where confidence and connection are built.

Tired of chaotic trampoline parks where staff blow whistles but don’t actually connect with your kid? At Urban Youth Park, Open Gym means movement with meaning—where coaches play, guide, and engage every step of the way.

Drop your child off for an energizing session of parkour, games, and creative play. Whether they’re mastering a new skill or just letting loose, they’ll be seen, supported, and safe in an environment designed to help them grow.

Coaches don’t just supervise—we show up, get involved, and make it fun.

Because this isn’t just open gym.

It’s guided freedom—and your kid will feel the difference.

UYP Gym Rules

At Urban Youth Park, our rules aren’t just about safety—they’re about building a place where every kid can feel respected, confident, and included. These guidelines help us train hard, treat others well, and grow together.

1. Follow the golden rule — treat others how you want to be treated
Kindness makes the gym better for everyone.

2. Ask a coach before moving equipment
So we can make sure everything is set up safely and in the right spot.

3. Only students allowed on the floor
The floor is for training—friends and family can cheer from the side.

4. One at a time on all equipment
Take turns so no one gets hurt.

5. No throwing equipment
Respect the gear so we can all keep using it.

6. Shoes off in pit/trampoline areas
Keeps the equipment clean and working properly.

7. Protect your head when falling
Tuck your chin and be smart—falling is part of learning.

8. Get a coach for help with emotions or conflicts
It’s okay to feel angry, scared, or upset—but you still have to follow the rules. Coaches are here to help.

9. Go learn 5 people’s names
Because at UYP, we’re not just athletes—we’re a community.
