Six Areas of Focus For Flips & Tricks
The Flips and Tricks Class is divided into six main areas - trampoline, drop, floor, vault, wall, and bar. Each area will focus on developing specific skills and techniques necessary for mastering flips, twists, and tricks. This allows students to progress at their own pace and ensures a well-rounded training experience. Our class is beginner-friendly, meaning no prior experience is needed to join. We believe that anyone can learn and excel in these athletic movements with the right guidance and practice.

Trampoline
On the trampoline, students will learn the fundamentals of bouncing and controlling their body in the air. They are taught basic jumps and body shapes that serve as foundations for more advanced movements. The trampoline also provides a safe and fun environment for students to explore and develop their skills without fear of falling.

Dropping is a step up, introducing students to more challenging movements as they learn to jump off a platform or obstacle. Here, they will gain confidence and coordination while executing flips and tricks. It's an exhilarating experience that teaches students the importance of timing and body control.
