Competition Team
More Than a Team—A Transformation
This isn’t just a team. It’s a turning point.
At Urban Youth Park, our Competition Team isn’t about trophies—it’s about transformation.
We’ve seen it happen over and over again. Kids who walked in unsure of themselves walk out leaders. They learn to train hard, fail forward, rise again, and lift up those around them. They don’t just chase goals—they develop the discipline, resilience, and self-belief to reach them.
Here, athletes are surrounded by coaches who know them, push them, and never give up on them. They become part of a team that cheers for each other louder than any crowd. They build strength not just in their movement—but in their mindset, in their character, in their voice.
This is where future leaders are made.
This is where confidence becomes unshakable.
This is where kids become who they’re meant to be.

The UYP Competition Team
The Urban Youth Park Competition Team is our most advanced and impactful program—built for students ready to go beyond class and into something deeper.
Team members train together weekly in a high-expectation, high-connection environment where they learn to set goals, take ownership of their progress, and grow as both athletes and individuals. The program is rooted in our 12 core attributes—like responsibility, resilience, integrity, and passion—woven into every practice, every challenge, and every moment of growth.
Athletes compete at events across the region, showcasing not just their skill, but their sportsmanship, heart, and teamwork. Competitions are not about being the best in the room—they’re about becoming the best version of yourself.
Every team member is mentored, seen, and supported by coaches who care deeply—about who they are and who they’re becoming. They learn what it means to show up for something bigger than themselves, to support their teammates, and to lead by example both on and off the course.
This isn’t just about parkour. This is about preparing for life.
And once you’ve been part of the UYP Competition Team—you carry that pride, power, and purpose with you wherever you go.
